She believes the future of education has already changed.
In today's world, education is no longer driven by degrees—it is driven by skill sets. The future belongs to those who can build, adapt, and create, not just memorize. With this belief, she founded The STEM Coder to develop a skilled, future-ready generation capable of facing the rapidly evolving challenges of the IT world and the age of AI.
At the core of her vision lies the true meaning of STEM. Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics are not separate subjects—they come alive when they converge in programming. This integrated STEM approach gives learners a completely new perspective on engineering products, helping them understand not just how things work, but why they work.
Early exposure to programming, taught through this STEM lens, shapes the way children think. They learn to organize ideas, break complex problems into steps, and build structured solutions. Through this process, children naturally evolve into early product designers, understanding user needs, functionality, and improvement from a young age.
Learning at The STEM Coder is deeply project-based. Instead of spending years only understanding concepts, learners build first, experiment often, and learn by doing. This channels young minds' energy into purposeful creation, replacing passive screen time with curiosity, innovation, and confidence.

Upskill learners so they remain relevant, competitive, and irreplaceable in an AI-driven world. Her vision extends beyond employment to nurturing "skillpreneurs"—young innovators who can design, develop, and even sell their own products at an early age.
A Gold Medalist in Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University), she also prepared for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, reaching the IAS Mains—an experience that strengthened her resilience and clarity of purpose.
With 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, including work with global organizations such as HCL and Wipro, she witnessed firsthand how quickly technologies evolve—and how only those with strong fundamentals and adaptability stay ahead.
